Support the international product team led by Tim Herbig with UI/UX design expertise

Challenge

Improve and simplify the highly complex conversion optimization tool to attract new users and convert them from free to paid plans.

Solution

In remote design thinking sessions new features were ideated, prioritized, iteratively designed and prototyped.

Overhauling Design & Navigation

Alongside with the changes to functionality also colors, ui design and navigation were overhauled. The navi changed from an old top weblike to a clear modern left side navigation.

Result

The iterative journey with iridion brought aplenty of useful insights on what's important for SaaS platforms. Iridion today is a lot more useable and the new design helps to remain competitive.
