Bring two existing websites (company page and software product page) together into one new designed Webflow website.

The biggest challenge was to bring the two worlds, the company Menlo79 on one side and the product WILSON. on the other, together under one roof since the company name Menlo79 is well known in the german railway industry but the main focus for the website had to be the product.

The WILSON. logo was used with the addition "A product of Menlo79" and the Menlo79 logo was added to the footer. In addition to a very product-focused homepage and solution pages, several company pages were designed.

In a first step wireframes were created to test and agree on general directions and to clarify content blocks and fix the structure of the website.

Design decisions

The existing design system was simplified and the greyscale adjusted to create a consistent dark scheme with a slight blue shine on the grey tones.

In terms of typography, the highly legible slab serif Bitter was added as a headline font to freshen things up and create a unique atmosphere that fits the WILSON. story of William Wilson, who drove the first German train in 1835.
All styles have been prepared in Webflow for fast development and maximum style control.

A very happy client got his state of the art multilingual website with tons of features like newsletter subscription flow, event banners and booking meetings, contact forms, blog, map, dynamic landing pages, and much more. All easily maintainable via the intuitive Webflow CMS.
